2.Timeline: The Twin City Property Sales Team will work with you to set timelines and expectations to make sure we’re moving at the right speed for you.

3.Prepare your home: Every home needs some sprucing up before it’s ready to be on the market. Our experts will help you know how to stage your home and what improvements will give you the highest return on your value. We also use a professional photographer to get the best-quality images of your home.

4.On the market: The big day has arrived and showings will begin! By this time, our team will have prepared all the correct documentation and completed our unique marketing campaign. We will follow up with realtors who have shown your house to gather feedback to share with you.

5.Review offers: Once an offer has been submitted, your Twin City Property Sales Team agent will closely review the details and validate that they buyer is well qualified. We will assess the risk involved and advise you on a best response. Your best interest is always our top priority!

6.Accept offer: After you accept an offer, our dedicated contract specialist will manage the timeline between the lender, inspector, appraiser and title companies to ensure you close on time.

7.Closing: Your Twin City Property Sales Team agent will attend the closing with you to ensure all dollar amounts are correct and the transfer of title is smooth.
